Lushnoises ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Nulingua Chrome extension, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information
When you register, we collect your email address, display name, and password (stored in hashed form). If you subscribe to premium, we also store billing-related identifiers provided by Stripe.
Usage and API task data
When you use translation or transcription features, we log task metadata such as provider, model, token counts, credits used, timestamps, and error details. We do not permanently store full audio files sent for transcription beyond what is required to process the request.
Extension activity
The extension processes page content locally to provide translation and captions. Text you select or audio you submit is sent to our servers only when you invoke a feature that requires it.

Third-party services

Account data is retained while your account is active. API task logs are kept for operational and billing purposes and may be aggregated or deleted after a reasonable retention period.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including hashed passwords and masked API credentials in admin views. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
